RETURN OF GOODS: Returns of goods must be pre-authorized by an officer of BECTROL and must bear a return number. A minimum charge of 20% is the responsibility of the customer. The merchandise must be returned by the carrier specified by BECTROL or as agreed upon with the customer.

When returning new items, they must be in their original packaging (unaltered). BECTROL will reject any item that has been installed and/or whose packaging shows signs of marking/damage.
