TRANSPORT: All prices are F.O.B. Saint-Hyacinthe unless otherwise stated. Generally, transportation charges are to be borne by the customer for any order unless otherwise indicated. No discounts are given to the buyer if they accept delivery at our premises or provide their own transportation facilities. When paid for by BECTROL, the route and mode of transportation are at the discretion of BECTROL. When the customer specifies a route or a carrier, all costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise stated, a 24 to 48-hour delay applies to all ground shipments. Transportation costs for BECTROL staff for their travels are included in the price unless otherwise specified. For urgent orders, additional fees for express transport and urgent order processing by the manufacturer may be required.

DELIVERY AND CLAIMS: BECTROL is not responsible for delays caused by fire, strikes, accidents, or other causes beyond its control. The delivery date is our best estimate of the time for delivery from our factory. BECTROL takes careful care in packaging its products and assumes no responsibility for loss, delays, breakage, or damage after the merchandise has been delivered to the carrier and the carrier has acknowledged receipt. Any claim for damage and breakage, whether hidden or visible, must be made to the carrier within the prescribed time limits and according to the carrier's policy.

CANCELLATION: An order placed with and accepted by BECTROL cannot be canceled or delayed without the written consent of BECTROL and under conditions that indemnify BECTROL against losses. Additionally, BECTROL may, if it deems appropriate, request full or partial payment in advance. Pro-rata payment becomes due once a portion of the order has been shipped.

WARRANTY: BECTROL warranties all its products against material defects according to the terms and conditions of sale from its suppliers. This warranty is limited to repairs and replacement of defective parts. BECTROL guarantees its repair work, programming, and start-up. Under no circumstances can BECTROL be held responsible for subsequent damages or loss of profits caused by failures of its equipment or work completion. No equipment should be returned for repair without obtaining prior authorization from BECTROL. All transportation costs to send the equipment for repair to BECTROL and return to the customer are the customer's responsibility.

PENALTIES AND TIMEFRAMES: No penalties of any kind, for any reason, are in effect unless specifically approved in writing by a member of BECTROL's management.
